Homecoming
Everyone knows that the new Homecoming crackdown was a load of bull, so that is all the mentioning that it warrants in this blog.
Better notes, we still managed to have some fun times this weekend. Myles graced us with his presence, but alas it was too brief. Josh also stopped by and we were happy to see Blair on this weekend of Homecoming reuinions. My old man,a '72 grad, made his way back to the alma mater for the festivities. Among the festivities was the celebration of the #3 ranked Paladins beating #2 Georgia Southern by a count of 29-22. This was especially sweet because of the obnoxious nature of the Southern fans prior to the game. Their terribly original humor regarding our school colors was riotous (note sarcasm). However, we proudly did not sink to their level and showed our worth on the field with a stunning come from behind victory. How sweet it is.
